Yes. ASC Soapworks products are handcrafted with no dyes, micas, or unnecessary additives — just clean, vegan-friendly ingredients.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 on all orders, with orders typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! If you're in the Longmont, CO area, local pickup is available free of charge, by appointment. Just reach out after placing your order.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns for items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped. If a product doesn't hold up to acceptable quality within 30 days, let us know and we'll do our best to exchange or replace it. Full details are on our Returns page.

How should I store my soap?
For the best experience, store your products in a cool, dry location. Most of our soaps have a shelf life of several years when stored properly.

Will a product cause an allergic reaction?
Everyone's skin is different. We recommend a small patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Ingredient lists are available on each product page.
